Chickens!

We bought some new baby chickens to be our new pets.  We all have our own and have named them.  They are Bellatrix, Fiona, Judy Moody, and Bluey.  The girls absolutley adore these chickens.  They are going to live in the backyard and probably be best friends with the dog.   Here is Cyan and Roscoe sitting with them. 

Apple Picking

Next we headed to Penrose and picked some apples.  Here are those pics:

Shelf Road

One night on Labor Day weekend we stayed in a hotel in Cripple Creek.  The hotel stay was great other than the 2 am pukefest.  But we woke the next day and went to Canon City via the Shelf Road.  We even took Roscoe and when we got out of the car he really acted like a wilderness dog.  He was crossing streams and rock climbing.  It was hilarious.

Balloon Glow
