My friend from high school, Angie, visited this week. She left this morning and are we every tired. I bet it will take a week for the kids to get back to normal.So what did we do for the whole week? We rode bikes and went to America the Beautiful Park, we had a BBQ at our house with James' friends, we went to the zoo, went to Donkey Derby Days in Cripple Creek, visited Garden of the Gods, went geocaching, visited Manitou, Old Colorado City plus went shopping.
If it sounds like a lot that is because it was. To think we didn't even make it to some of the other local tourist places like the Air Force Academy, Olympic Training Center, ect. I guess there is always next time. I just hope she had a good time.
