We took a harbor tour of the San Diego Harbor. But before we got on the boat found this very cool museum air craft carrier and statues.
A tribute to Bob Hope and his work with the troops.
Now we get on the Harbor Tour.
This is the USS Ronald Reagan a nuclear powered aircraft carrier.
A giant ship dry docked for repair/updates. The shrink wrap with the white plastic to prevent any paint/ect from blowing into the water.
Medical ship. This ship get deployed for humanitarian aid more than other missions.A test Navy catamaran.
A nuclear submarine is in there.
The sea lions that hang out on the sardine farm. They have learned how to open the hatches and eat the sardines. Because they are a protected species the farmers cannot even shoo them away.
After the tour we went to Coronado beach. There were way better shells there.
GG was usually freezing when this close to the water.
